The Position: We’re looking for a Support Professional. The pay we’re offering is $2700-3000 a month with room for growth.

Requirements:
- Great written communication
- Ability to learn new business & organizational software programs very quickly
- Ability to work at a fast-pace in a very innovative environment
- Weekend Availability
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Ability to call and email customers about products and service
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
