Joining a professional membership within the next 2 months, first promotion after one year, and becoming certified within 2 years in the field.

Be confident, spend meaningful time on your job search, consider all viable options, emphasize your technical and non-technical skills, make allies, always present yourself in a very professional way, and don’t give up!
